一、水位超过汽包水位表时

燃气锅炉满水时经处理汽包水位仍继续上升，并超过汽包水位表上部可见水位时，就紧急停炉，尽快与母管解列，立即停止进水，开启再循环门，加强燃气锅炉放水，并注意汽包水位表上部水位的出现，待水位放正常水位后关闭。待机炉情况正常后，取得值长同意，可按热炉升火操作。

1、进行汽包两只水位表的对照与冲洗，检查指示是否正确。全开汽包水位表放水门，再缓慢关闭其放水门，如水位表内有水位出现，并继续上升充满水位表，证明燃气锅炉满水尚未超过水位表汽侧面管，则按紧急停炉处理。

2、开启水位表放水门，又缓慢关闭其放水门后，水位表内看不见水位。为证实是严重满水，再关闭汽水门，开启放水门，将水位表内存水放尽后，立即关闭放水门。迅速微开汽门水位表内有水位出现，并充满水，此时方可确定水位已超过汽包水位表的汽侧通管，应按紧急停炉处理，尽快与母管解列。
