锅炉循环清洗系统应符合要求
　　Boiler circulating cleaning system shall meet the requirements
　　(1)清洗槽应具有足够的容积和强度;

　　(2)用耐腐蚀泵对泵进行清洗，并满足循环清洗所需的流量和扬程。同时现场提供备用泵;

　　(3)过滤器进口应安装在清洗泵进口或清洗水箱出口。网孔直径应小于5毫米，并有足够的流道截面;

　　(4)清洗系统各管道应具有足够的流动截面面积，以保证清洗液的流速。同时，各回路的流量应均匀，避免回路之间短路;
　　(4) each pipeline of the cleaning system shall have sufficient flow cross-section area to ensure the flow rate of the cleaning solution. At the same time, the flow of each circuit shall be uniform to avoid short circuit between circuits;
　　(5)在锅炉顶部和封闭的清洗罐顶部安装通向场所的排气管。排气管应有足够的流通面积;

　　很多时候，当我们安装和使用锅炉的时候，我们会发现锅炉的水量并没有达到我们的预期。如果我们更换锅炉，会造成经济损失，所以我们需要增加锅炉的水量。

　　Try to select coal with higher calorific value and several kinds of coal; increase the boiler inlet temperature and keep the inlet pipeline in good condition; you can increase the air volume of the boiler appropriately. You can change a bigger fan. In this way, the ventilation of the heating surface of the boiler can be increased and the heat absorption of the boiler can be increased.
