    燃气锅炉经济运行操作规程

    为了保证可靠和满足供热需求的前提下,通过科学管理,提高运行操作水平,使锅炉实现率、低能耗的工作状态。山东燃气锅炉厂家特制定本操作规程,希望对大家有所帮助。

    1、 调整工况:燃气锅炉运行中,值班人员应调整好燃烧工况,保持锅炉压力、温度、循环泵、补水泵均处于稳定工作状况。定期排污,每班少排污一次,并在低负荷状况下进行;
    1. Adjustment of working conditions: In the operation of gas-fired boilers, duty personnel should adjust the combustion conditions to keep the pressure, temperature, circulating pump and water supply pump of the boilers in stable working conditions.     2、 调节负荷:供热负荷调节是锅炉经济运行的关健环节,燃气锅炉不应经常或长时间运行在额定负荷的70%以下(不应单台低水温或多台小火运行)。负荷调节方法:

    (1)、制定温控曲线:锅炉供热量及出水温度曲线要根据供热面积、耗热量指标以及建筑围护结构、地域气候进行综合计算,制定锅炉运行温度曲线:此曲线可做为锅炉运行负荷调节的依据,由值班人员根据室外温度及室内温度变化情况进行负荷调节。
    (1) Formulating temperature control curve: The heat supply and outlet temperature curve of the boiler should be calculated comprehensively according to heating area, heat consumption index, building envelope structure and regional climate. The temperature curve of the boiler operation can be used as the basis for the adjustment of the boiler operation load, and the load can be adjusted by the attendants according to the changes of outdoor temperature and indoor temperature.
    (2)、科学合理调节:负荷调节为运行台数调节和锅炉温度调节两种方法。为质调节(温度调节),其次为量调节(泵的调节):
    (2) Scientific and rational regulation: Load regulation includes two methods: operation number regulation and boiler temperature regulation. First is the quality control (temperature control), second is the quantity control (pump regulation):

    锅炉出水温度调节:温度调节以室外温度变化为依据,但不应频繁调节,每天调节以2-4次为合理。3台以上并联运行的锅炉,单台运行时出水温度设定不应>65℃。2台运行时出水温度设定要根据室外温度做调节。
    Boiler effluent temperature regulation: Temperature regulation is based on outdoor temperature change, but should not be adjusted frequently. It is reasonable to regulate 2-4 times a day. For more than three boilers running in parallel, the outlet water temperature should not be set at more than 65. The outlet water temperature setting should be adjusted according to the outdoor temperature.
    锅炉运行台数调节:投运台数由值班人员根据总供回水温差值进行调节。供回水温差反映锅炉供热量与耗热量之间的关系,是衡量锅炉热效率的重要指标。温差小,供热量大,温差大,供热量小。合理的温差范围应在8-12℃之间。调节办法:
    Boiler operation number adjustment: The number of operation stations is adjusted by the on-duty personnel according to the temperature difference between the total supply and return water. The temperature difference between supply and return water reflects the relationship between boiler heat supply and heat consumption, and is an important index to measure boiler thermal efficiency. Small temperature difference, large heat supply, large temperature difference, small heat supply. The reasonable range of temperature difference should be between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius. Adjustment measures:
    减少循环泵运行台数:供热初期,可采用低负荷运行,减少循环泵运行台数。对于多台并联运行的循环泵温差式变频系统,但应保持温差值在5-8℃之间。可通过对变频器的温差值进行设定来实现。
    Reduce the number of circulating pumps: In the initial stage of heating, low load operation can be adopted to reduce the number of circulating pumps. For the multi-parallel circulating pump temperature difference frequency conversion system, the temperature difference should be maintained between 5 and 8 degrees Celsius. It can be achieved by setting the temperature difference of the frequency converter.
    增加循环泵运行台数:供热中期,要根据室内温度和室外温度范围,以温差值在8-12℃之间以依据增加循环台数。对于多台并联运行的循环泵温差式变频系统,温差值已设定为自动调节,但投运台数由值班人员控制。
    Increase the number of circulating pumps: In the medium term of heating, according to the range of indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, the number of circulating pumps should be increased according to the temperature difference between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius.
