    排污的注意事项:
    Matters needing attention in sewage disposal:
    1、排污要在锅炉水位稍高 低负荷高汽压时进行为好 在低负荷时,锅炉水缓慢循环,容易致使污垢聚集在锅筒、集液箱底部,而高汽压时排污水流速高,便于排出污垢。由此可见,锅炉排污时水位应保持液位在60%左右才能进行排污操作,排污时必须设专人进行操作,密切监视水位的变化,防止缺水。
    1. Blowdown should be carried out at low load when the water level of the boiler is slightly high or low and the steam pressure is high. When the boiler water circulates slowly, it is easy to cause fouling to accumulate at the bottom of the drum and the liquid collecting tank, and when the steam pressure is high, the blowdown flow is high and the fouling is easy to be discharged. Thus it can be seen that the water level of the boiler should be maintained at about 60% of the water level before sewage operation, sewage must be set up to operate, closely monitor the change of water level to prevent water shortage.
    2、排污阀开启应短促间断地进行 每次排污时速开速关,造成渣垢扰动,如此重复多次,沉淀物依靠吸力能够迅速地汇合于排污口,然后集中排出。控制时间要合适,切勿过长,一般一次排污的时间必须在30 s之内。假如排污时间太长,炉水中污垢的含量就会渐渐减小,如此不但排污效果变差,排污量也增大,既浪费热能,又影响锅炉水循环,甚至可能发生爆管故障。
    2. Sewage discharge valve should be opened and shut off at short intervals, causing the disturbance of slag and dirt. So many times, the sediment can quickly converge at the sewage outlet by suction, and then centralized discharge. Control time should be appropriate, not too long, the general time of a sewage must be within 30 s. If blowdown time is too long, the content of fouling in boiler water will gradually reduce, so not only the effect of blowdown will become worse, the amount of blowdown will also increase, which not only wastes heat energy, but also affects the boiler water circulation, and even may cause tube burst.
