Turn off the fire. Put on gas mask and ordinary fireproof clothes. Collect with a clean shovel in a dry, clean covered container, cure with cement, asphalt, or suitable thermoplastic material, and discard. If there is a large amount of leakage, collect it for recycling or harmless treatment.
For leaking PbCl4 and Pb (ClO4) 2, all protective equipment, such as gas masks, should be worn. Mix with dry sand, inject large amount of water in small batch, dilute sewage into sewage treatment system.
For the leaked PbO, tetramethyl (b) lead and Pb3O4, gas masks and other protective articles shall be worn. Mix the dry sand and pour into an open space to bury it. The contaminated floor shall be cleaned with soap or detergent, and the diluted sewage shall enter the sewage treatment system.
For PbF2 with air leakage, gas masks and other protective equipment shall be worn. Sprinkle soda powder; clean the polluted ground with water, and dilute the sewage into the sewage treatment system.
For the leaked Pb (BrO3) 2, PbO2 and Pb (NO3) 2, gas masks and other protective equipment shall be worn. The polluted surface shall be cleaned with water, and the diluted sewage shall enter the sewage treatment system.
(5) for the leakage of alkyl lead, the emulsion is scrubbed with non flammable dispersant. If the sand can not absorb the dispersant, it should be poured into the open place for burial; the polluted floor should be cleaned with soap or detergent, and the diluted sewage should be added to the wastewater system.
处理方法:当水受到污染时，可采用中和处理，即加入石灰乳调节pH至7.5，使铅以氢氧化铅的形式从水中沉淀到污泥中。机械搅拌可加快澄清速度，净化效果80% ~ 96%，处理水中铅的浓度为0.37 ~ 0.40mg/L。污泥经过无害化处理。对于铅污染土壤，可以通过添加石灰、磷肥等改良剂来降低土壤中铅的活性，减少作物对铅的吸收。
