    如何防止热水锅炉产生汽化?

    燃气热水锅炉在运行时,锅内水在循环泵运行不正常和停止期间,如不加注意,很容易引起锅水汽化。轻则使热水循环网路引起“气塞”,重则可能造成锅炉受热面管子烧损或爆管,严重时会引起恶性锅炉爆炸事故。因此,必 须防止热水锅炉产生汽化。

    对于燃气热水锅炉内的局部产生汽化,主要是从结构设计来保证,使锅炉的水循环可靠。而对于因突然停泵,停电或整个热水循环系统发生问题造成热水锅炉憋压汽化时,能使已产生的汽不影响热水系统的循环和及时排出蒸汽,通常在锅炉的顶部,器上集箱,以及热水管道的高点设置集汽罐。
